Your scenario works if you purchased a home when you were 23 and never stepped up to a better Breckenridge realtor house, or added additions or had to get a refinance for your children's education or major home repairs or remodeling or got a job transfer. Something close to that was common with the boomers parents but not so much with Breckenridge realtor boomers that I know. The issue really is that people 50 -60 more likely spent their prime working years giving their family everything they possibly could to have a better life - bigger houses, better neighborhoods, multiple cars, college educations, Breckenridge realtor expensive weddings and nice vacations each year... |
